SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Home Up Design. 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed before 2pm on a weekday will typically be processed the same day.

Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation along with tracking details via email.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to deliver all standard UK mainland orders within 1–3 working days from dispatch.

Please note:

-Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

- Some items may be shipped directly from our supplier network to ensure faster fulfilment

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate deliveries.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5 per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

We offer free delivery on orders over £120.

UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United Kingdom as standard.

NORTHERN IRELAND & REMOTE AREAS

Delivery to Northern Ireland and certain remote locations may:

- Take longer than standard delivery times

- Be fulfilled using alternative shipping methods

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We may be able to arrange delivery outside of the UK on request.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information being provided.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Upon delivery, all goods should be inspected before being signed for.

If there is visible damage to the packaging or items:

- Please note this with the delivery driver

- Take photos where possible

- Contact us as soon as possible at sales@homeupdesign.co.uk

Failure to report damage at the point of delivery may affect our ability to resolve the issue. Any and all such issues should be reported within 48 hours of accepting a delivery.
