Refund policy

RETURNS

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Home Up Design.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused

- Unopened

- In its original packaging

- In the same condition that you received it

You will also need proof of purchase.

We encourage customers to purchase a single item initially to ensure it meets expectations before placing larger orders.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us at sales@homeupdesign.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (IMPORTANT)

Some items are sourced directly from our suppliers and are not part of our regular stocked range. These items are clearly marked on the product listing.

By placing an order for a special order item, you acknowledge and agree that:

- These items are made to order or specially sourced

- Lead times may be extended (typically 3–6 weeks)

- Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item is:

- Damaged

- Faulty

- Incorrect

Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@homeupdesign.co.uk with:

- Your order number

- Photos of the issue

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

- Special order items (as outlined above)

- Sale items

- Gift cards

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

- This will typically be processed within 10 business days

Please note:

- It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
